As many of you may have noticed, we have a new recycling dumpster by building 3940. We have posted signs in the buildings as to what can go in this recycling dumpster. Please DO not put any items that are not recyclable in this dumpster. If you have any questions as to what can and cannot go in this dumpster please contact China at 407 924 2945. The City has also provided us with small recycling totes to take your recyclable items from your condo to the recycling dumpster. If you would like one of these totes, you may pick one up at the Southpointe office.
Also please make sure that all regular trash is INSIDE the dumpsters. Do not leave trash around the dumpster or on the ground. You may also not leave appliances or furniture or any other large items near the dumpsters. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
