Dear Oasis II Residents:
On Wednesday May 11th 2022, Dynafire will be checking all alarms, strobes, and sprinklers in the buildings and inside the units. The alarms will be loud, please do not call the fire department during this testing. An Oasis II homeowner will be accompanying Dynafire for this inspection, and WE WILL NEED ACCESS TO EVERY UNIT. Please make arrangements for someone to be at your condo on May 11th beginning at 8am for this testing and sprinkler inspection. If no one can be at your unit, you must drop off a key at the Southpointe office prior to the inspection day, make sure the key is labeled with your unit number. This is a mandatory inspection, and again we MUST HAVE ACCESS TO EVERY UNIT. If you have any questions, please call 407 924-2945. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
